The 3/R Group, Inc. has offered premiere bakery equipment maintenance since 1993. But what do "The 3 Rs" stand for?

Re-tinning: Re-tinning pertains to the cleaning and fixing of mixing bowls. We are able to replace bottoms and handles, as well as completely reconstructing bowls to their original state.
Re-glazing: Re-glazing is our main and "most popular" service. To re-glaze is to remove carbon and restore a pan. We’re able to re-glaze any pan (sheet, baguette, muffin, strap, etc.) so that they appear and work as good as new.
Re-wiring: Re-wiring is the process of reconstructing wire whips. We’re able to replace individual wires or completely re-wire a whip so it is back to its original form and function.
